Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Linxy Tab ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Extension. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

Linxy Tab is a Chrome browser extension that replaces the default new tab page with a customizable dashboard for organizing bookmarks, notes, to-dos, countdowns, images, code snippets, AI prompts, webhooks, and RSS feeds. The Extension is available in a Free tier and a Pro tier with additional features.

3. License Grant for Free Tier

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Free tier of the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Free tier includes basic card types (URL, Note, Todo, Countdown, Image) with usage limits as described in the Extension.

4. License Grant for Pro Tier

Upon purchase of a Pro license (Annual or Lifetime), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use all Pro features for the duration of your license period. Annual licenses are valid for one (1) year from the date of activation. Lifetime licenses are valid indefinitely. Each license key may be activated on up to three (3) devices simultaneously.

Payment Processing: Payments and order processing are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Terms and Conditions, available at paddle.com/terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Linxy Tab and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Extension. We do not claim any ownership rights over your bookmarks, notes, or other content.

6. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license key.
• You agree not to share, resell, or distribute your license key to third parties.
• You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension.
• You agree not to use the Extension for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Linxy Tab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Extension; (b) any conduct or content of any third party; (c) any content obtained from the Extension; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. License Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license key immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or our business interests, or involves fraudulent activity.

10. Refund Policy

You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as described in our Refund Policy. After the 14-day period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Extension after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
