Send an email to hello@linxytab.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your Paddle order number or license key. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.
Refund requests made after the 14-day cooling-off period will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where the license key has been extensively used or where the product has been substantially consumed.
Upon issuing a refund, the associated license key will be permanently deactivated. You must cease using the Pro features and remove any Pro-specific content after receiving a refund.
