Refund Policy

Your purchase is protected by a 14-day cooling-off period.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date without giving any reason. During this period, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@linxytab.com with your order details.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to hello@linxytab.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your Paddle order number or license key. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.

After the 14-Day Period

Refund requests made after the 14-day cooling-off period will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where the license key has been extensively used or where the product has been substantially consumed.

License Key Deactivation

Upon issuing a refund, the associated license key will be permanently deactivated. You must cease using the Pro features and remove any Pro-specific content after receiving a refund.
